شرح موقعیت شغلی

  • Ensuring the establishment and strengthening of the relationship with key accounts
  • Cultivating new leads within the sales territory and Using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling etc.) to convert leads and acquire new key customers
  • Arrange meetings with the clients or visit their offices or vendors to persuade them to buy corresponding product or subscribe to the services which company is offering.
  • Identifying customer needs proactively, making suggestions and providing and executing action plans to fulfill them
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Building relationship with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Monitoring delivery operations metrics, doing root cause analysis to improve them and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Be well informed about markets, products, industries and technical developments

  • Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
