We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager with a focus on partnership analytics to lead data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage campaign planning, execution, and analytics, with some operational responsibilities related to partners' contracts. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Development:

  - Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute partnership-focused marketing campaigns.

  - Ensure alignment of campaign goals with overall business objectives, optimizing efforts to achieve high performance and ROI.

  - Develop and maintain detailed campaign calendars, timelines, and workflows.

Analytics and Performance Measurement:

  - Track and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

  - Create and manage detailed reports and dashboards to monitor ROI, conversion rates, and other critical metrics.

  - Utilize data insights to continuously optimize campaign strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Operational Tasks Related to Partnership Contracts:

  - Support the review, tracking, and processing of partnership contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies.

  - Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms align with campaign and partnership objectives.

  - Maintain records of contract milestones and ensure all parties meet agreed deliverables within the campaign timelines.

Internal Collaboration:

  - Work closely with internal teams (data analytics, eCRM, content management) to integrate insights into campaign development and execution.

  - Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets that align with campaign objectives.

  - Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review campaign results and incorporate feedback into future campaigns.
