Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Snapp group teams and communicate effectively
  • Design and conduct efficient and practical studies
  • Analyze data sets and present findings
  • Provide data-driven insights to Snapp groups
  • Perform market analysis to support groups' competitiveness and growth
  • Remaining fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
  • Enhancing trend and opportunity identification for our current services
  • Improving competitors’ tracking
  • Tailoring products and services to the target customers’ needs
  • Analyzing successes and failures of the recent ops and marketing actions
  • Optimizing marketing, ops and product development efforts
  • Expanding research on our market segments

Job requirements

  • Data collection skills: to develop surveys, questionnaires, …

  • Reporting skills
  • Marketing strategy skills
  • Communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills: to evaluate the results of surveys, conduct research on competitors and markets, and assess consumer preferences
  • Proficiency in English for report writing and presentation

  • Relevant work experience and educational background can be advantageous.
