Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies
- Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report progress to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the teams by implementing best practices and encouraging feedback.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
Job requirements
- B.A / BSc. degree in computer science, industrial engineering, or project management preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale product and multiple cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with common Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Proficient in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and guide people
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
