About the Role

Responsibilities
- Customer clustering with the help of data science and commercial insights
- Implement customer-focused life cycle campaigns to onboard, increase frequency, enhance loyalty, and reduce churn of ride-hailing service customers with a clear focus on improving their retention rates and CLV
- Perform rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to optimize key performance metrics
- Set up efficient reporting that provides timely feedback and valuable insights to form future strategies
Requirements
- Knowledge of programming languages like c
- Data science knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
- 1+ year experience in a related field (paid or data-driven marketing, commercial, business analytics, etc.)
