About the role:
We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our team
- Revealing what our users need from our products by conducting research
- Working with cross-functional teams and performing usability studies
- Inspiring change, presenting your findings and recommendations, analyzing data, and helping the Product team to create better experiences for our users
- Helping define and drive the future of our products by applying user research to inform design decisions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user needs research.
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
- Conduct usability evaluations.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics.
- Advocate for research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
- Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data.
- Use a diverse set of UX research tools.
Requirements:
- between 3- 5 years of UX research experience
- Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Experience with remote testing tools
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
- Experience working in e-commerce, payments, and fintech.
