Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success
  • Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
  • Monitor merchants’ important metrics in a daily basis to provide them useful guide
  • Ensure that partners can sell with Snapppay without any problem
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Identifying and resolving technical and operational issues for customers and working closely with technical teams for issue resolution
  • Increase GMV of all merchants
 

Requirements:

  • Familiar with a CMS for Design site
  • Familiar with data interpretation and ability to prepare intermediate reports
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Accuracy and keen attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Teamwork abilities
