About the role:
The Contract Lead will be responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle from initial request through contract execution. This role involves the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Provide guidance on contract-related issues to minimize risk and protect the company's interests.
  • Work closely with, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and changes in contract law.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
