Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and revise contracts
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all contracts, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Provide guidance on contract-related issues to minimize risk and protect the company's interests.
- Work closely with, Finance, Commercial, and Operations, to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in contract law.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
