As an e-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing the online presence of our company in the Snapp Super App. You are tasked with developing and executing marketing strategies, managing in-app contents, and overseeing the design and development of e-commerce. You also will be responsible for analyzing data related to customer behavior and purchasing patterns in order to inform future decisions about how to best market products or services online.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all e-commerce components, including sections, photos, pricing and content.
  • Reviewing e-commerce analytics to determine which merchants or products are most popular or what factors may be influencing customer behavior.
  • Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals and campaign objectives
  • Contribution to the development of marketing campaigns, such as seasonal sales or promotional events.
  • Analyzing e-commerce traffic and user behavior data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Cooperation with the product managers and designers to improve and develop e-commerce.
  • Initiatives to significantly increase sales, conversion rate, and average order size, improve user experience, and enhance product discovery.
  • Responsible for the management and daily updating and maintenance of the e-commerce and landing pages
  • Conducting A/B testing to determine which version of different components or marketing campaign is most effective.
Requirements:

  • Having knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
  • Familiarity with E-commerce optimization and analytics
  • Good knowledge of data analysis
  • Skills of problem-solving, time-management, and effective communication
  • Familiarity with google analytics
  • Ability to implement and define A/B Test and review its results
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google sheet
