Responsibilities:

  • Accurately carrying out the activation process of merchants.
  • Onboarding the required items in the activation process and after that to the merchants.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development.
  • Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
  • Ensure that merchants can sell with SnappPay without any problem.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activation process activities and preparing required Reports.
  • Collecting feedback from merchants and stakeholders to continuously improve the activation process
 

Requirements:

  • Familiar with some CMS such as WordPress, Webzi, Joomla, PrestaShop and etc.
  • Proficiency in understanding and working with integration protocols, APIs, and 
    technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical 
    issues during the activation process.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
