About the role
As a UX Writer at SnappPay, you will be a key member of our design team, and responsible for creating an intuitive, usable, and user-centered experience by designing the UX content of SnappPay’s products. You will closely collaborate with other UX Writers, Designers, Researchers, PMs, Business developers, and other stakeholders in order to serve the user, at the same time as furthering business goals. You will be responsible for writing microcopy, such as button labels, error messages, tooltips, and all other user-facing content to improve usability and guide users through the product.
Responsibilities
- Helping with the research and understanding of user needs in order to create user-centered copy and content throughout the product.
- Writing clear, scannable, accessible, and appropriate microcopy such as button labels, error messages, and tooltips to improve usability and guide users through the product.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the product's language and messaging is consistent and build awareness of UX writing's impact.
- Advocate for empathy and simplicity in the content across all features and products.
- Participating in tests and collecting feedback to turn insights into UX writing solutions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Working closely with designers and developers, and other stakeholders to understand technical and business constraints and limitations to create suitable content.
- Upholding, advocating, and developing the SnappPay brand’s values and personality.
Requirements
- Solid experience in creating copy and microcopy for digital products.
- Firm grasp of the principles of user-centric design, and deep empathy for the user.
- Passionate advocacy for users and dedication to the craft of writing and creating elegant user experiences.
- Full command of the Persian language and its nuances.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage their needs and requirements.
- Understanding technical constraints and limitations that can affect the work of UX Writing
- Ability to extract, use, analyze, and deduce from data.
- Knowledge of content standards and principles, such as style, voice, and tone.
- Experience with creating documentation and content guidelines as part of a design system is a nice-to-have.
- Excellent written and spoken English not required, but appreciated.
- Experience working in e-commerce, payment solution providers and fintech not required, but appreciated.
