We are looking for a qualified Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operation Department) to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals for our call center teams. You will be responsible for the Recruitment Process from A to Z for the operations department.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of great candidates for operation department.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to draft, refine and adapt job descriptions by identifying core competencies required for key roles in operation department.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Work closely with call center staff and management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Identify training needs for call center teams and individuals
Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor or higher degree.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience or HR Generalist.
  • Familiarity with the operation (Call Center Team) recruitment methods.
  • Full understanding of Recruitments process and Interview Methods.
  • Analytical and goal oriented with strong knowledge of HR metrics
  • Familiar with Data analysis software such as excels and ATS
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and processes.
  • Familiar with Call Centers' challenges and Solutions about theirs.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and best practices for call center operations.
