استخدام Senior Data Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

SnappBox is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our Operations team. You will analyse operational data, perform statistical analysis, build dashboards, and design data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support real-time decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to turn insights into action.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse operational data to identify performance trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform statistical tests and advanced analysis to validate findings and support data-driven decisions.
  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI for operational visibility.
  • Develop automation scripts and data workflows in Python to reduce manual monitoring and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, and other teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Define and track KPIs to support performance management, resource planning, and operational improvements.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper documentation of analysis processes, dashboards, and models for scalability and maintainability.
Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in: 
    • SQL (ClickHouse & MySQL)
    • Power BI (dashboards & data visualisation)
    • Python (data processing & automation)
  • Experience working with large datasets and operational metrics.
  • Experience performing statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modelling.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Fluency in Farsi and English.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide 24/7 availability for urgent issues.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Kafka, Airflow, or Spark is a plus.
