• Analyse logistics operations to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to drive operational efficiency.
• Utilise data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Develop and implement QC processes to ensure delivery and logistics operations meet the company's quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., operations, logistics, product, customer support) to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Developing and maintaining SOPs for all logistics and delivery processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Documentation and keeping detailed records of QC actions, inspection results, and corrective measures.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational issues, develop corrective action plans, and translate analysis results into business recommendations.
• Regularly reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of QC measures and making necessary adjustments.
• Providing training programs for QC processes, best practices, and the importance of quality in delivery operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics in one of the fields: operations, logistics, supply chain management, and business analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools (we are using Excel, SQL, and Power BI).
• Familiarity with QC methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc and Knowledge of quality management systems and tools like control charts, histograms, etc
• Project management skills to coordinate and manage QC initiatives and data projects.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with fluency in both Persian and English.
