• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable public university (being among the top students is an advantage)
• Strong interest in learning and developing technical skills in Financial Reporting
• Good command of English
• Close attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow up on tasks
• Experience with Excel and accounting software is a plus

• Financial Reporting processes and practices
• Preparation and review of financial reports
• Month-End Closing processes
• Preparation and review of management reports
• Consolidation and Group Reporting
• Working with financial data and analysis
• Collaboration with different Finance teams
• Age: 22-25

• Traineeship allowance / competitive stipend.
• Direct mentorship and a clear learning curve.
• Strong potential for full-time employment from the first day.
