Responsible for daily financial and accounting operations
- Update payment report to suppliers.
- Archiving all documents and records.
- Keep records of financial transaction and support documents.
- Review accounts(AR,AP)for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
- Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash.
- Assist in year-end, Monthly closing processes.
- Prepare tax returns, VAT reports, Sessional reports.
- Rent tax-calculation.
- Withholding tax.
- Being familiar with assets classification and depreciation and its methods.
- Being familiar with SSO law & Clearance.
- Performing other accounting duties and Coordinating accountants as required or assigned
