استخدام Vendor Operation Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly motivated change agent who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and maintain vendor relationships, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver that will turn any challenge into an opportunity and is comfortable working with several moving pieces at once. This individual should also be adaptable to new technology and can think holistically to update our business workflows for our internal teams, especially Sales, Customer Service and Product.

 
Job Description:


  •  Manage and maintain external vendor relations within Operations Department.
  •  Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
  •  Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
  •  Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
  •  Management and leading the vendor operation team in Tehran and other cities.
  •  Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
  •  Ensure to collaborate with all teams to assure vendor partners effectively managed.
  •  Responsible of contracts between company and vendors.
  •  Support to explore expansion across new Cities/business lines.
  •  Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain positive customer experiences.
  •  Creating, revising, improving, and effecting current and new workflows that comply with the channel’s business process rules and streamline the transaction cycle without compromising the quality of customer experience. 
  •  Working directly with the business units to expand the service, maintain functionality, and increase strategic opportunity.
  •  Producing weekly and monthly reports on Ops team performance and Operating indicators.
  •  Preparing and delivering presentations to different audiences, and performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  •  Manage and mange external vendor relations within Operations Department.
  •  Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency in entire processes.


Requirements:


  • +3 years of E-commerce experience
  • Having related experience in ecommerce or FMCG
  • Experience in operations
  • Experience with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace channels
  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
  • Experience in FMCG environment and familiar with online grocery services
  • Master’s degree
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Medium English language fluency is required.
  • Data driven and result oriented approach.
