An Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying and solving issues relating to the performance of the business operations. To do so, vast amounts of data and information must be analyzed and reviewed with the cooperation of different departments.
Job Responsibilities
● Monitoring business metrics – Fulfillment rates - in different services so that the best decision regarding the change should be made
● Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities
● Work closely with the operations team to achieve outcomes based on company goals
● Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
● Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
● Keep updated on industry and market trends
Shifts, Working hours:
● Normal Shift, Sat - Wednesday 9 - 18
Location: Tehran
Education:
General Fields of study, Management Fields of study
Skills and Qualifications
● Minimum 1 year as an analyst in a professional setting
● Graduated from the top university is preferred
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently
● Ability to work as part of a team and independently
● Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
● Strong analytical skills, using a combination of tools
● Ability to learn and share knowledge with other team members
● Strong business acumen
● Strong attention to details
● Verbal and written communication skills
