استخدام Senior Marketplace Sales Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

• Set and drive sales target per area and category, implement sales strategies to effectively achieve the desired company goals.
• Monitor performance of sales activities using key metrics and prepare reports.
• Exhibit strong data analytic skills to monitor and manage team performance, able to deep-dive into root causes for key successes and failures in sales performance.
• Establish an overall product portfolio that goes beyond meeting customer expectations, resulting in uncalculated customer delight.
• Gather trends and market research to ensure our assortment in each area is positioned competitively within the market consistently refresh vendors portfolio to reach a strategic combination of vendor types.
• Actively find and design marketing activities and partnerships
with vendors and key accounts in cooperation with marketing department, to maximize sales.
• Build and manage a successful sales team responsible for exceeding sales KPIs. 
• Make advertising revenue from vendors.
• Be close to the field, engage directly if needed into partner relationships.
•Lead and manage on signing/onboarding vendors with right category and SKU quantity/quality in areas and expand more vendors in the targeted areas. 
• Reduce sales cost and improve profitability and economies of scale.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years combination of experience in the e-commerce and FMCG industry.
• Minimum 6 years sales management experience.
• Experience in online marketplaces and startups is a plus.
• Sales transformation skills, Stakeholder influencing skills and ability to manage through ambiguity are also core to success.
• Proven people manager and team builder with references. 
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills. 
• Business Analytics; In love with KPIs and data driven decision making. 
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools.
• Strong excel and data management skills. 
• Good negotiation skills. 
• Disciplined and deadline careful; Precise and meticulous look on issues. 
• Experienced working in high-volume fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent command in English is required.
