Job Description
1. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
2. Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
3. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
4. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
5. Ensures compliance with local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
6. Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
7. Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions for both employees and consultants
8. Supervision of employees and consultants contract extending and their records
9. Supervision of complementary insurance procedure and payment
10. Supervision of archive of employees and consultant document
11. Managing all registration and Payment of SSO and TAX of employees /consultants.

Requirements
1-Complete mastery of labor laws
2-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
3-Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
4-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in both Languages (English-Farsi)
5-Good time management and organizational skills
6-Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations
7-Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
8-Experiance with SSO and TAX of employees and consultant
9-Having Experience in MOL court
10-Familiar in annual payroll budgeting
11-Having experience in Complementary insurance and its procedure
