Job Description
● Prepare monthly reporting packs by different businesses.
● Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
● Prepare weekly and monthly Capex, Opex, and cash flow reports.
● Prepare weekly and monthly COGS and Inventory reports.
● Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results.
● Contribute to the evaluation of management accounting systems, procedures, and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
● Get non-finance, check it versus historical trend and budget, historical trend and budget, and follow the discrepancies with the related divisions.
● Assist with monthly reports preparation and analyze the actual, budget, and forecast variances.
● Assist BI teams for prepare all systematic financial and non-financial reports.
● Assist in creating and presenting the monthly and annual company budget.
● Assist in financial analysis projects, like valuation and financial projection.
Requirements
● Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related majors.
● Between 4 to 6 years of related experience.
● Ability to communicate at all levels, flexibility, teamwork, and time management.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Interested in numbers, math, business, and processes, along with accounting skills.
● Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other common reporting software.
● Deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints.
● Excellent speaking and written communication skills.
● Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
● knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or other data analysis and visualization tools is a great advantage.
