About the job:
This person is responsible for establishing, evaluating and upgrading all the operation processes. Also, She/He will identify and solve issues relating to the performance of the business operations.
Position Role:
- Review company policies and business process
- Work closely with executive manager to achieve outcomes based on company goals
- Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
- Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments
- Keep updated on industry and market trends
- Ensure that companies comply with the stipulated principles and standards
- Working with 3PLs to provide corrective actions to improve on-time delivery performance and service-related issues.
Requirements:
- University Qualifications: Industrial Engineering or any other related fields
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting
- Strong foundation in high volume operations setup; preferably in consumer businesses (e Commerce, FMCG, Logistics)
- Excellent management, communication and reporting skills
- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sufficient statistical and mathematical skills
- Ability to resolve complications and carry out quality reviews
