- R&D for new services if the business needs
- Design, installation, configuration, and management in VMware vSphere-based infrastructures
- Design, installation, the configuration of backup, archiving, and monitoring management solutions and related devices (Veeam and backup exec are preferred)
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
- Expert in Microsoft Windows Server and related service (Active Directory, DNS, System Center, …)
- Expert in Microsoft 365 cloud service (Azure AD, Office 365, Microsoft Team, Exchange Online …)
- Expert in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus
- Expert in ManageEngine Endpoint Central
- Ability to write PowerShell script
- Deep understanding of process automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Problem solver and critical thinker
- Analytical mind and research orientation
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Project and time management skills
- Familiar with SQL Server Always On Failover Cluster Instances
- Experienced with Heterogeneous Servers and Storage especially HPE
- Experienced with Installation, Racking & Stacking of Hardware
- Professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, ITIL)
