• Track the procurement process in interaction with procurement and supply teams
• Doing office work, preparing administrative letters
• Track items related to shipping in the office such as courier and so on
• Follow up on office-related matters in interaction with the CEO and the financial and human resources units
Requirements :
• Preferably woman and having a useful and relevant work experience
• Consistent, accurate and flexible
• Fluent in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel
• Interested in teamwork
