Great companies are made by excellent teams. We are looking for a new teammate as an Internal Communications Specialist with practical experience in visual and verbal content creation and hands-on social media management.
What our Internal Communications Specialist Do:
• Contribute to the creation of visual and verbal communications and active engagement programs for corporate audiences.
• Helps create internal communications function across the firm that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all offices.
• Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the firm’s internal communications effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity.
What We Look For:
• You should have at least a bachelor's degree in journalism, graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of two to four years of experience in the creation of media content and management of social media.
• A good command of written communication.
• An understanding of social media management and social media content creation.
• Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with visual content creation and photo and video editing software is an asset.
