Job Description:

Ensure that the accounts' headings are accurate at all levels of the articles. This will ensure that they comply with the attached documents, the subject of the document, standard accounting procedures, and company rules.
Controlling the circulation of accounts and their balances and reporting suspicious cases or mistakes to the financial manager for follow-up or issuance of corrective documents.
Periodic review of open accounts, such as advance receipts and payments, accounts receivable and payable records, to settle the account or to make the necessary adjustments.
Preparation of reconciliation of accounts between the company and service providers or goods sellers at specific times.
Checking and initial approval of expenses incurred by others and contractors.
Recognizing and controlling the documents supporting the purchase of goods and matching them with the physical condition of the property.
Continuous updating of the information contained in the fixed asset system.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as an Accountant.
Excellent MS Office skills, robust capabilities in MS Excel.
Intermediate English skills.
Familiarity with financial software.
Possessing the spirit of teamwork, responsibility, commitment, professional ethics, and organizational behavior.
Ability to work within time limits.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
