- Identifying, developing, and evaluating a digital marketing strategy, based on company-level strategic goals and needs and a deep understanding of the target audience.
- Helping prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Participating in brand development and ensuring brand persona is aligned with strategic plans.
- Liaising with internal and external partners to maximize and optimize marketing capacities and channels.
- Helping provide reports, to different stakeholders ensuring clarity on all key marketing actions.
- Helping set objectives for the marketing team in line with company-level strategic focus areas.
- Overseeing social media activities, ensuring online presence is maximized and users are able to interact effectively with portfolio brands.
- Measuring the results of marketing activities and their success by predefining appropriate KPIs
- Improving ongoing campaigns based on data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, MBA, or other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a digital marketing team.
- Strong experience in developing digital strategies and successfully delivering digital campaigns.
- Having experience in data-driven work settings
- Strong planning and analytical skills, structured approach and self-discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to adapt easily and rapidly in a changing and complex environment.
- English fluency is preferred.
