This position is defined in a project which is relating to production line dispatching; starting from adding a new item into currents brands, to develop a new brand based on market R&D and market data analyzing.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting line manager by performing various administrative tasks to help projects stay on track and reaching deadlines
• Acting like scrum master; maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, observing top-line and bottom-line tasks.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in weekly strategic meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Assessing project risks and issues and providing best solutions where applicable.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
• 2+ working experience in a related field.
• professional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Having competency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced in Excel
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Expert in project management tools and documentation.
• Attention to details even under pressure
