● General risk assessments to support health, safety, and environmental management both in the factory and head office. 
● Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation. 
● Assist in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
● Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary. 
● Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management. 
● Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
● Promote incident prevention for the benefit of workers, employees, and visitors. 
● Develop and present relevant HSE training.
● Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, and encourage safe working practices.
● Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies. 
● Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned. 
● Write reports, bulletins, and newsletters making presentations to groups of employees/managers.
● Provide health and safety meetings and training courses for employees. 

Requirements
 
● Att least a Bachelor's degree in Safety or other relevant fields.
● At least 3 years of HSE experiences in industrial environments. 
● Mobile within working hours within Tehran and Karaj 
● Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.
● Ability to interpret HSE statutes and Safety regulations. 
● Ability to Assess and analyze safety potential problems.
● Ability to plan, and coordinate multiple projects.
● Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.
