Job Description
We are looking for a driven and passionate Business Line Manager to join our team at Snapp Kitchen. This Business Line Manager will be focused on growing our B2B business line, in which we aim to deliver meticulous service to our corporate clients. This position requires a tunnel vision on strategic growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Developing long-term and quarterly business plans, communicating them to the team and ensuring their fulfillment
• Creating strategic growth plans and testing multiple scenarios/growth paths to ensure sustainable growth in business line.
• Defining operational targets and KPIs for the team, in line with overall strategies and BP commitments
• Negotiating final deals with strategic clients and maintaining effective communications with them.
• Aligning with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Providing comprehensive and insightful reports to management/stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Management, Strategy or Engineering.
• +3 years of related working experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and strategy development.
