Duties

Setting up and analyzing the inventory report on a continuous basis.
Controlling and estimating the costs incurred.
Controlling raw material purchase invoices.
Checking and matching requests with stock.
Determining the difference between warehouse inventory and recorded data.
Cooperation with other accountants.
Preparation of property list and issuance of property number.
Active in the document archive.
Reconciling financial year-end documents and confirming them with the financial system.
Preparation and presentation of real-time financial reports of warehouse inventory.

Requirements

Having at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Expert in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, …).
Familiarity with ERP.
Proficient in warehouse accounting - entry and exit operations and issuance of relevant financial documents.
Proficient in product classification and inventory, warehouse cardex and warehouse management.
Proficient in the accounting of transfer documents between the warehouse, monitoring, discrepancy and waste of goods.
Proficient in product valuation and inventory control methods.
