- Defining customer needs and coordinating their needs with all relevant departments
- Preparation and management of sales plan
- Market research of competitors and customers and modification of competitive sales processes.
- Planning and scheduling for sales activities
- Negotiating with customers and finalizing sales.
- Preparing and presenting the sales contract.
- Providing necessary training about products to customers
- Recording sales records and providing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Review and monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Presenting a business plan based on goals, determining strategy, and implementing them as a team with a step-by-step target
- Understanding our customers' goals, needs, and challenges and helping them grow their business with the Snap store
- Collaborate closely in a matrix environment with teams from Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
- Perform and use quantitative data analysis, modeling, and data analysis in line with the team's success
Qualification

- Having at least five years of work experience
