Snapp Express is looking for a problem-solver, results-driven and passionate engineer to join the SRE team. This is a full-time position within Tehran. As the newest SRE Engineer, you’ll be a major contributor to the company’s success and you’ll have an opportunity to work alongside our wonderful SRE team that supports the Snapp Express platform. You will embrace the SRE model, and work with other senior leaders on the team to modernize the tech stack.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Automate processes through CI/CD
- Setup and maintain the cloud infrastructure
- Monitor and control of services and network
- Deploying services to the production environment
- Communicate & collaborate with different departments
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of GNU/Linux
- Deep knowledge of version control
- Knowledge of container technology and orchestration.
- Knowledge of cloud-native applications
- Good understanding of distributed computing
- Understanding of networking and messaging between services
- Being aware of DevOps concepts
- Professional experience in monitoring
- Professional experience in programing
- Technical Skills Required: Kubernetes, Prometheos, Grafana, Elastic, Traefic, Rancher, GitLab, Kibana, Sentry, Docker, Kong, Scripting
