Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team to deliver on financial objectives and the growth of sales in the Marketplace business integrated sales campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve sales particularly in selected categories
- Monitoring and presenting on Business Performance Reviews (at weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals)
- Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of team performance and actions to accelerate growth
- Work closely with business line teams to identify specific growth opportunities
- Identify and manage projects to improve customer experience, working closely with all counterparts
- Find learnings to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities
- Provide solutions to enhance order per customer
- Manage optimal campaigns inside budget constraints
- Present solutions to improve site performance
- analyze user behavior in each region in order to create customized campaigns
- Monitor competitors and use their experiences
Requirements:
- +5 years of working experience in management consulting, product management or sales management
- Track record in people management and Very strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis)
- Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
- Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education with Exceptional project management skills and be a critical thinker
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Highly organized and results oriented
- Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability of planning and proactive approach
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork and organizational skills
- Passionate with the ability to generate creative ideas
