Job Description:
- Record and follow up on customers’ orders
- Follow up on any financial issues for customers in a relationship with the finance team.
- Project coordination in different types of tasks such as Sampling, Surveys, etc.
- Presenting solutions for customers' issues in the relationship with Snapp Supply teams like Operations, Customer Service, Tech, and Product.
Requirements:
- Having problem-solving skills and ownership.
- Experienced directly in Sales Support or Sales in similar industries.
- Highly proficient with MS Excel.
- Having analytical and multitasking skills.
- Familiar with HoReCa Sales concepts.
