Job Description
● Support ERP users and provide the best solution for issues and follow up until it is resolved.
● Import master data or update the previous data as needed.
● Follow the IT and network issues and downtime with the IT team.
● Test and QC ERP customization before go-live.
● Perform other tasks regarding ERP setup and support.
● Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines.
● Manage supporting tickets and follow up on them until it is resolved.
Requirements
● 3 years related work experience.
● Familiar with ERP software structure.
● Experience with accounting.
● Familiar with IT issues and software installation.
● Experience with Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Strong abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
● Strong ability to support users and troubleshoot.
● Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
● Ability to perform tasks independently.
● Good presentation and report-writing skills.
● Strong ability of teamwork.
