Effectively implement, optimize, QC, and support the ERP and other related software.
- support the implementation of ERP systems, including system configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
- Configure the ERP system to align with business processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system, including data cleansing, data validation, and data migration.
- assist in integrating the ERP system with other systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and ensure the related ERP software meet quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configuration guides.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the ERP system and propose and implement enhancements.
- Interact and collaborate with ERP system vendors, including managing service level agreements and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Accounting/ Industrial Engineering
- + 3 years of experience in Support
Required Technical and Soft Skills:
- Familiar with Data Management tools (SQL)
- ERP System Knowledge
- Familiar with Power BI
- Business Process Analysis
- Project Management
- Familiar with software QC process
- Familiar with basic IT issues
