Job Duties:
- Registering new Joiner in Avid & Kasra System.
- Update locations and transferrers of personnel in Kasra System.
- Solving the problem in Avid Application.
- Follow up and record of leaves of employees.
- Ensure all data entry of employees are completed in system.
- Collecting Timekeeping of employees that their time sheet is record manually.
- Calculation their overtime and other info for their payroll list. Contract Affairs:
- Providing Job Offer
- Verify employee information.
- Compile data or documentation.
- Record personnel information.
- Providing Contract and NDA for new joiner
- Extending contract of current employees
- Archive employee’s documents Payroll:
- Data entry of NGS system
- Providing Payroll List
- Follow up Loan and advance
- Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
- Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
- Settlement of terminated employees
- Calculation EOSB and EIDI
- Providing Employees TAX list
- Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues SSO:
- Providing SSO List
- Needed communication with SSO And other miscellaneous Items such as : requested letters ,etc
Requirements:
- Having at least 3-4 years experience in related fields
- Time Management, organizing and planning skills
- Skilled in Payroll, consultancy and contractual, contract affair, Personnel Admin
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Skilled in Employee SSO and Tax calculation
- Well Communication, high accuracy, teamwork Take care of Deadline
