Job Description:
We are looking for a data analyst who is passionate about using data to improve healthcare delivery and customer satisfaction. Do you have experience in E-commerce businesses and identifying operational problems? Do you have strong skills in SQL and PowerBI? If yes, then you might be the ideal candidate for our team.
Duties:
- You drive the data analytics and reporting efforts within the BI team and enable other teams on their data-driven journey.
- Being close to the business and identifying opportunities means you bring our expert perspective to a broader audience.
- Measuring Impacts of the Changes or new app features throw the A-B Tests.
- Modeling Business in terms of actionable points.
- That said you are responsible for translating business needs into dashboards, visualizations, and reports, from data requirements to the actual building of these.
- Together with the team, you extend and shape our data products even further.
- From ad hoc analysis to defining data inputs for your dashboards, you support leads in making strategic, data-based decisions and derive recommendations for actions.
- You work in an agile and forward-moving team and want to learn continuously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL query, Excel, and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
