- Create and refine customer journey maps to guide campaigns and optimize customer interactions.
- Employ personalization strategies, dynamic content, and product recommendations to elevate the customer experience.
- Design and implement automated ECRM campaigns encompassing segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to foster engagement and drive sales.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align ECRM initiatives with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
- Monitor and meticulously report on key performance indicators (KPIs), furnishing regular analysis and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL programming, encompassing complex query writing, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience working with ECRM platforms.
- Strong analytical prowess, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Detail-oriented mindset paired with a creative flair, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
