Role and Responsibilities
• Help users with questions and tech problems
• Find and fix issues, and ask for help if needed.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Keep track of user interactions and solutions.
• ERP software installation.
• Train ERP users.
• Provide good customer service.
• Documentation
• Plan meetings and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of Windows.
· Basic ICT knowledge.
· Experience with EXCEL / PowerPoint / Word
