Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to sellers who have started the registration process but have not yet completed it.
- Guide sellers through the registration process and answer any questions they may have.
- Troubleshooting in the Registration Funnel:
- Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that sellers encounter during the registration process.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems to ensure sellers can complete their registration without issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve recurring issues in the registration funnel.
- Follow up with sellers to ensure they understand the next steps after registration.
- Encourage and motivate sellers to activate their accounts and start using the platform's features.
- Track and report on seller activation rates and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collect feedback from sellers about their onboarding experience and provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Assist in developing resources and materials to help sellers better understand and navigate the registration process.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with online commerce platforms and vendor management processes is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
