استخدام IT Help Desk Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

As an IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Clients IT infrastructure. You will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks, while also managing the IT team to deliver exceptional support to our business.

Responsibilities:


IT Infrastructure Management:         


  • Installation and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), user applications, and their activation.
  • Installation and troubleshooting of computer and communication hardware (laptops, PCs, printers, etc.).
  • Administration of Windows and Microsoft services (Active Directory, DHCP, email, filesharing, etc.).      
  • Administration of passive and active network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN networks, switching, wireless networks, etc.)
  • Implementation and management of user access and security (antivirus, firewall, VPN, access control, security cameras, etc.). 
  • Implementation and troubleshooting of communication systems and software (VOIP, Skype, etc.).
  • Administration of monitoring and ticketing systems (Atlassian Jira, Zabbix, etc.). 
  • Management and maintenance of portals, automation, and CRM software. 
Team Management:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure their professional growth and performance.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. 
IT Planning and Strategy:


  • Assess the IT department's needs and develop strategies to meet them (equipment, budget management, maintenance).
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the overall IT strategy of the company.   
 Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management or supervision, preferably in an e-commerce or similar environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, networking, security, and cloud technologies.  Experience managing macOS/Windows in hybrid/remote environments.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory Services, Group Policy Management, and Exchange.
  • Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
  • Experience managing a network security system and installing security provisions on user computers.
  • Knowledge of ticketing and automation systems like JIRA is a plus.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
