Duties:

Track and optimize essential financial metrics across our cloud kitchen brands, production lines, and sales channels.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for multiple production lines within our cloud kitchen facilities.
Utilize data from customer feedback, internal quality control systems, and production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize production line efficiency and performance.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors contributing to inefficiencies or deviations from targets.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position or industry
Proven experience in operations management, performance analysis, or a similar role within the food industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems is a plus.
