Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain ERP servers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Perform proactive system monitoring, tuning, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
perform regular maintenance and updates on Servers -Establish and enforce SQL/ERP service backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity processes.
Familiar with troubleshooting Windows server and network issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime. -Experience with ERP environment users and ACL levels.
Familiar with Active Directory service -Familiar with firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and network security to protect sensitive data.
Collaborate with ERP and security teams to enhance ERP infrastructure and data security.
Manage and Administer Internal DNS Server.
Manage and Administer Jira and Confluence.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
Expert in Microsoft Windows Server and related services (Active Directory, DNS, System Center, …).
Expert in Microsoft 365 cloud service (Azure AD, Office 365, Microsoft Team, Exchange Online …).
Expert in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
Expert in ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
