استخدام Senior BI Developer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

The core purpose of a Business Intelligence (BI) developer is to design, develop, and maintain data-driven solutions that enable organizations to gain valuable insights from their data. 
 BI developers work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and data engineers to create Interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that facilitate data analysis and informed decision-making.
 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to gather and analyze requirements for reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
  • Identify data sources, data quality requirements, and data integration needs.
  • Design and develop data models that align with business and team requirements and enable efficient data retrieval and analysis.
  • Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse or data mart.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the ETL process.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS or similar platforms.
  • Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of BI solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate end users on how to effectively use the BI solution.
  •  Provide documentation, user guides, or tutorials to support self-service exploration and reporting. 
 

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying, transformation, and manipulation
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and the ability to create compelling visualizations and dashboards.
  • Understanding BI development Tools (Microsoft Tools: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
  •  Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
