شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:


We are looking for a Business Finance Lead to join the Commercial team at SnappBox. This is a critical role with extensive learning opportunities and exciting challenges. It requires close collaboration with senior management and will help in strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial and business insights.
 Key responsibilities will include budgeting, financial planning, tracking, and analysis.
 The role will interact with multiple stakeholders and is expected to proactively challenge the processes and teams and provide insights on financial performance and potential growth/profitability drivers.
 
 Responsibilities


  • Periodic reviews of actuals vs budget for different services
  • Monitoring P&L performance (throughout the month) and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement;
  • Preparing consolidated forecasts and past performance reviews for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings;
  • Improving automation of current monthly financial forecasting and budgeting;
  • Supporting the business in delivering ad-hoc forecasting and financial business reviews as requested by the board/investors;
  • Defining and analyzing key business metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements


  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant fields; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including business planning, P&L analysis, and business analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel  
  • Solid communication skills;
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills 


  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting;
  • Previous experience with stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python
