Responsibilities:
- Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and acting as the main point of contact between all stakeholders and tech/product team.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholders relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to stakeholders needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Monitoring delivery operations metrics, doing root cause analysis to improve them, and make sure they will meet SLA by collaborating within the team or with other teams for taking needed actions.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging stakeholders/client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Be well informed about markets, products, industries and technical developments.
Requirements and skills:
- Having +2 years of related work experience.
- Expert in Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Having strong analytical and data Orientation, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent knowledge in food and grocery industry.
- Have a strong sense of ownership.
- Commitment to learning.
