Responsibilities:
Preparation and compilation of documents and guides required by users, leaders and managers of software systems
Reporting and dealing with possible software errors
Reviewing and responding to incoming tasks
Participation in offering suggestions To update, develop and improve the performance of operational software

Skills and Qualifications:
BS in Computer Engineering, IT or other related fields
Familiarity with business process management
Good knowledge about SQL
Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3
Critical thinking and analytical mind
Must be able to effectively creative problem solving Self-motivated, Responsible, Flexible, multi-tasking skills communicate with internal customers
